Bibles and literature

IAM is supplying Bibles and Christian literature to Christian evangelists and workers in various African countries

World population is increasing faster than Christian evangelism efforts. The percentage of Christians worldwide is decreasing. Both the number of missionaries and the financial support needed are woefully inadequate.

Evangelizing and discipling

National workers are leading people to Christ and establishing local Bible preaching churches.

They know the language and culture and can commu icate most effectively to their own people. Cost of living is comparable to that of the people they minister to.

 Statement Of Beliefs

·        The Inspiration of the Bible.  We believe the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God, and final authority in faith and life.

·        The Person of God.  We believe God is supreme in his person, eternal in His being, absolute in His attributes, glorious in His perfection. We believe in the Trinity.

·        The Person of Jesus Christ.  We believe in the virgin birth of Christ.  His deity and sinless life, His vicarious death, His bodily resurrection and ascension, and in His personal and pre-millennial return.

·        The Person of the Holy Spirit.  We believe the Holy spirit is the executive of the Godhead. We believe that He executes the plan of God for our conviction and salvation. Christians are partakers of the Holy Spirit and empowered for service by Him.

·        The Fall of Man  We believe that man was created in the image of God and by choice fell into sin and death. Hence, every person is sinful and under condemnation to eternal judgment.

·        The Salvation of Sinners.  We believe that the salvation of sinners is wholly of grace, and that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation.

·        The Freeness of Salvation.  We believe that the blessings of salvation are made free by the Gospel. Nothing prevents the salvation of the greatest sinner but his own inherent depravity and voluntary rejection of the Gospel.

·        The Security of the Believer.  We believe that those who receive Jesus Christ as savior are eternally secure.  Our security rests in the finished work of Jesus Christ. As a result we have assurance.

·        The Doctrine of the Church. We believe that the visible church is a congregation of believers who have been baptized by immersion, who practice New Testament principles and believe its doctrines, who observe its ordinances and exercise autonomy.

·        The Doctrine of Heaven and Hell.  We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved in heaven and the eternal punishment of the lost in hell.

·        Current Trends in Theology.  As a fundamental agency, we take a separatist stand regarding the current trends that lead to discrediting the Bible and undermining the fundamentals of the faith. These trends include Neo-orthodoxy, Neo-evangelicalism, Neo-Pentecostalism, and the Ecumenical Movement.

·        Separation.  We believe that all Christians are called into a life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices to joyous service for the Lord.

·        Service.  We believe in the obligation of all Christians to witness by word and deed to these truths and to proclaim the Gospel to all the world.
